The Abbey Cookery School
Abbey Cookery School is an exciting new edition to the Limerick social scene, launching its demonstration only classes in November 2011. Thanks to positive customer feedback and great demand Abbey Cookery School are delighted to announce the addition of hands on cookery classes as of April 2012.
Award winning head chef and tutor Ross Kelly was trained to the highest standards under the guidance of Darina and Rachel Allen at the world renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School.
Ross’ genuine enthusiasm and passion for all things culinary is infectious and the Cookery School allows for this knowledge and passion to be passed on to other food lovers, under his tutelage you will be offered a wide variety of classes designed to suit all abilities, from the novice cook to those wishing to improve and develop their culinary skill while also experiencing a great night out cooking, tasting and chatting to new people with a shared common interest.
